We consider the unique needs of each learner when forming our 6 week sessions. No matter which group you choose pricing is 250.00 for the duration of the sessions.

Ages 9-12  

AIM is a behavior analytic curriculum for social and emotional development. It helps learners develop ways to interact with their own thoughts, align their daily choices with their goals, and practice psychological flexibility 

AIM blends together the concepts of Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis. Together the approach seeks to improve the lives of children with or without disabilities who struggle with social and emotional challenges.

Executive Functioning and Self Management 

Ages 9-15

Executive skills refer to the cognitive processes that are required to plan and organize in our lives. Some activities that use executive functioning are task initiation, working memory, sustained attention, performance monitoring, and impulse control. Executive functioning skills that begin to develop when we are born but may take as long as age 25 to fully develop. Developing these skills is even more challenging for those of us who are neurodivergent. 

The goal of our executive functioning and self management groups is to help youth target goals which are important to them and help them discover systems that work best for their needs and abilities.
