I'm on a mission to empower the voices of neurodiverse teens and arm them with the skills to become self-advocates. My approach is all about tapping into their values and setting personalized goals, while also building up executive function skills that work best for them. My diverse background includes a wealth of experience as a special education teacher, evaluator, behavior analyst, and leader of behavior teams in the public school system. In the private sector, I've helped open an early learning center, written grants, and served on assessment teams. I've even had the pleasure of mentoring the next generation of educators at Rio Salado and Simmons University.
